The Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS) is pleased to welcome members to the upcoming 161st House of Delegates. This important gathering brings physicians from across the state together to discuss policy, address organizational changes, shape the future of medicine in Michigan, and ensure a strong, unified physician voice.
This issue of Medigram is dedicated entirely to the House of Delegates, providing everything members need to know as the society prepares to meet on April 18, 2026.
As members prepare to participate, they are invited to meet the House of Delegates leadership. Bryan W. Huffman, MD, a Zeeland ophthalmologist, serves as Speaker of the Michigan State Medical Society, with Mildred J. Willy, MD, an emergency medicine physician practicing in Saginaw and Bay City, who serves as Vice Speaker.
MSMS encourages members to visit the House of Delegates page for all the information and resources needed for this year’s meeting.
