Overview

The meeting will begin at 8:00 am, with the Zoom room opening at 7:00 am for credentialing. Delegates should log in early using their full first and last name and be prepared to briefly turn on their camera for verification before entering the meeting. Only delegates listed on the official House of Delegates roster will be admitted.

Testimony in the general session is limited to delegates.  The process is very similar to the Reference Committees.  Delegates wishing to speak should write their name and resolution number in the chat box.  When called on, unmute and begin speaking.  Voting will take place using the poll feature in zoom.  Results will be shared on the screen.  Delegates will practice voting prior to the resolution reports.

If a delegate is unable to attend, alternates listed on the official roster may step in, provided the original delegate is not present. To make the change, the alternate delegate or staff should contact Carrie Wheeler at (517) 336-5723 or cwheeler@msms.org.

A second session of the House of Delegates has been called for the changes to the bylaws associated with the Reorganization Report.  This session will immediately follow the closing of the first.  Delegates should remain in the zoom meeting for the second session.
