RESOLVED: That the Michigan Delegation to the AMA ask the AMA to improve means of disseminating information to patients and physicians regarding safe and effective options for healthy exercise on its public website with the goal of increasing the number of patients who participate in regular physical activity.RATIONALE: The Committee believed while there was information on the website, it was difficult to find and could be made more accessible.
