RESOLVED: That MSMS continue to work with the AMA to develop tools in a timely manner to help physicians defend their online reputation and help restore the physicians’ reputation. RATIONALE: The Committee added the phrases “continue to” and “in a timely manner.” During testimony, the Committee was informed that the AMA is currently developing a system that will be available on its Amagine platform, which will allow physicians to manage their online profiles and respond to patient satisfaction surveys.
