RESOLVED: That MSMS mount an educational effort to address the topic of defining what constitutes a “disruptive” physician to medical staff leadership in this state and create awareness of the work that has been done so far by the Organized Medical Staff Section and the AMA.REFERENCE COMMITTEE RATIONALE: The Committee made this amendment so that MSMS could determine the best, most cost-effective way of communicating with and educating its members on this issue.
