In-Person House of Delegates Meeting is Saturday, May 3, 2025
This year’s House of Delegates meeting will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, at the Crowne Plaza, in Lansing. The 2025 session will honor Amit Ghose, MD, Ingham County, as the next MSMS President. If you are planning to attend the in-person House of Delegates meeting on May 3, 2025, please RSVP.
The official handbook is available on the MSMS website. Please click here to view or download. Reference Committee meetings concluded this week. The Reference Committee report will be distributed by April 28, 2025.
Contested elections will be voted on at the in-person session of the House. For a list of candidates for all elections, visit the Slate of Offices. Individual candidate announcements can be located on the House of Delegates website. Below are the current Officer candidates:
- Candidate for President-Elect: Phillip G. Wise, MD, Kent
- Candidate for Speaker: Bryan W. Huffman, MD, Ottawa
- Candidates for Vice-Speaker: David W. Whalen, MD, Kent, and Mildred J. Willy, MD, Saginaw
