New Live Virtual and In-Person Formats for the MSMS Foundation Annual Scientific Meeting

Scheduled in the last quarter of Michigan’s licensure cycle, the Michigan State Medical Society Foundation’s Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) is a great avenue to earn up to 24 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ before LARA’s January 31, 2022, relicensure deadline.   

This six-day conference designed for physicians of all specialties will be held over three months with virtual and live in-person options and will cover local and national practice gaps.  ASM dates include:

  • September 14th and 15th, Live Virtual via Zoom
  • October 20th and 21st, Live In-Person, The Westin Southfield Detroit
  • November 17th and 18th, Live Virtual via Zoom

The October, live in-person, dates will feature morning and afternoon courses and will include a live exhibit hall.  On Thursday morning, October 21st, join us to hear Christopher Morgan, MD, Medical Director of Sleep Medicine, and Neurology Residency Program Director at Mercy Health and his colleagues as they cover obstructive sleep apnea, teen sleep, restless leg syndrome, and physician sleep wellness.

The Thursday afternoon session, “2021 Update in Allergy and Immunology” presented by J. Younes, MD, President of the Michigan Allergy and Asthma Society and his colleagues will cover the latest in food allergy, allergic skin diseases, and drug allergy and vaccines.
