MSMS and MDHHS Join Forces to Keep Physicians Informed: Natasha Bagdasarian, MD, on Key Health Priorities
At MSMS’s invitation, Natasha Bagdasarian, MD, Chief Medical Examiner at the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) spoke with some of our physician leaders this week. Doctor Bagdasarian provided state public health updates on vaccine schedules and resources, opioid use data, firearm safety, and public availability of Narcan and birth control. More information on these issues and related resources will be shared through Medigram in the coming weeks. MSMS and MDHHS plan to meet regularly to assure physicians have timely information they need to care for patients.
