The Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS) has released its 2026 Mid-Year Legislative Update, providing members with a snapshot of advocacy efforts and legislative activity from January 2026 through July 2026. The update highlights MSMS work on physician licensure and CME reform, scope of practice, workplace violence, investment in primary care, and other key policy issues affecting physicians and patients across Michigan. Members can also review the status of priority legislation, recent advocacy efforts, and opportunities to get involved.
