Michigan State Loan Repayment Program Application Period Starts February 1, 2017

The MSLRP application process is very competitive. Providers and employers serious about successfully competing for a loan repayment agreement will need to carefully read the MSLRP Opportunity Update, the entire MSLRP website as it is updated for the current application period, including the Participant Information and Requirements section, as well as the instructions on all required application forms.

    1. Workdays Away Form Required for Last Two Work Verification Forms
    2. Participants Must Complete Service Obligations with Original Employers
    3. Employers Must Employ Participants Throughout Service Obligations
    4. Providers Also Applying to the NHSC
