MDHHS Immunization Education Opportunities: Registration and Information
Keeping up with the rapidly evolving landscape of immunization is essential. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) has two educational programs that are open for registration now.
Register now for the 14th Annual Pediatric and Adult Influenza Webinar: 2025-2026 Flu Season
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Division of Immunization, in collaboration with the Michigan State University Extension, will be kicking off the 2025-2026 flu season with the 14th Annual Pediatric and Adult Influenza Webinar: 2025-2026 Flu Season on September 9, 2025, from 12:00-1:00 (ET).
The webinar will communicate important information for immunizing providers on the upcoming flu season, including influenza vaccine recommendations, influenza surveillance data, and strategies to increase influenza vaccination rates.
Registration is NOW OPEN at https://events.anr.msu.edu/InfluenzaWebinar2025/ and will remain open through September 5, 2025.
Participants must register individually to partake in the webinar and be eligible for CME/PCE/ACPE credits.

Registration for the 2025 MDHHS Fall Immunization Conference is now open.
You will have two options for attending the in-person fall immunization conference this year.
- October 20th in Marquette – Northern Center
- The registration fee for the 1-day Marquette conference is $50 per person.
- October 28th-29th in Novi – Suburban Collection Showplace Event Center
- The registration fee for the 2-day Novi conference is $75 per person.
NOTE: Individuals will need to provide payments via credit card at the time of registration.
Registration will close at 5:00 p.m. one week prior to each respective conference, or until space is sold out, whichever comes first.

Novi Participants: Event Summary for 2025 Fall Immunization Conference - Novi | ANR Events Management System
The conference has been offered annually for more than 20 years. The primary goal is to update health care providers on immunization issues that affect people of all ages. The conference will provide participants with a variety of personal stories from keynote speakers, practice-management tools, techniques, and real-world information that will help assure all patients are fully immunized.
This conference is appropriate for physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, public health staff, pharmacists, physicians, physician assistants, medical and nursing students, and anyone interested in learning more about current immunization practices in Michigan.
Continuing Education for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and medical assistants have been applied for. A Certificate of Attendance is being made available for all other health care professionals who attend this conference and will be provided following the conferences.
