HR Hot Topics: Sobering Workforce Projections
February's HR Hot Topics episode takes the long view on workforce statistics. While we are certainly feeling the labor crunch currently, the data suggests that this is only the beginning of the constriction we will be experiencing in the years to come. While we want a more optimistic picture, the numbers don’t lie.
