On Friday, January 7^th, (after the taping of this episode) the Supreme Court heard oral arguments regarding the legality of both the OSHA and the CMS vaccine mandate.  While a decision has not yet been reached, early indications are that the predominantly conservative court may block the vaccine-or-test policy.  We’ll continue to monitor these developments.
