Help Us Highlight the Great Work of Michigan Physicians

Michigan physicians are doing incredible work every day—not only caring for patients, but also advancing medicine through research, strengthening their communities, and finding innovative ways to improve the health and well-being of the people they serve.

The Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS) wants to help tell those stories.

MSMS is launching a new feature in its e-newsletter dedicated to highlighting the contributions physicians are making across Michigan, and MSMS needs your help finding the stories worth sharing.

Are you—or is a physician you know—doing something that deserves recognition? We want to hear about:

  • Research and innovation advancing medicine or improving patient care
  • Community service and outreach making a difference locally
  • Programs or initiatives addressing an unmet need in your community
  • Volunteer work improving the health and lives of Michiganders
  • Other unique ways physicians are making an impact inside or outside of medicine

Whether it’s a major research project or a grassroots effort making a difference in one community, MSMS wants to celebrate the physicians behind these accomplishments.

Help MSMS shine a spotlight on Michigan physicians making a meaningful impact.

Members may submit a story or nominate a physician by contacting Trish Keast, Director of Membership and Communications, at tkeast@msms.org. Please include a brief description of the work or project and the physician or physicians involved.

Your work matters. Let MSMS help tell your story.
