MSMS encourages physician members to stay engaged! Find several opportunities to participate in MSMS both online and in person below.
In-Person CME (It’s FREE)
MSMS offers hundreds of hours of free CME to members through live virtual webinars, recorded webinars archived in our education catalog and live in-person conferences. Acquire your mandated hours or return to our annual scientific meetings. Visit https://www.msms.org/education/live-events-demand-webinars for a calendar of events.
Doctor of the Day
MSMS invites physician members to Lansing to engage directly with state legislators through the Doctor of the Day program. Meet with lawmakers and key decision-makers, attend committee hearings, and provide valuable physician perspectives on issues shaping health care in Michigan. Attend solo or bring a group. Email kdorsey@msms.org.
MSMS Committees, Task Forces and Boards
MSMS has many Committees and Task Forces that review timely issues and create policy throughout the year. Have an interest in bioethics, legislation, public health or even in serving on the MSMS Foundation Board? Meetings are held virtually and often after business hours. Email rblake@msms.org.
