Shah, MD, Henry Ford Health, will discuss the multidisciplinary evaluation and treatment strategies for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) patients unable to tolerate continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP). He will review evidence-based alternatives, including oral appliances, drug-induced sleep endoscopy (DISE), surgical interventions (soft tissue and hypoglossal nerve stimulation), and considerations for bariatric patients.
