CMU Medical Students Present "Creating Magic™ One Patient at a Time"
The speaker will be the former Vice President of Operations at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Lee Cockerell. The event was organized by the Business in Medicine group at Central Michigan University College of Medicine.
Cockerell's message is simple: How does leadership and customer service apply to future physicians? He will speak about his experience at Disney, its reputation as the world’s leading service provider excelling in customer satisfaction, and how that translates into the practice of medicine for physicians and hospitals.
