BCBSM and BCN Group Health Clients Required to Provide Prescription Data by March 20
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) and Blue Care Network (BCN) group policy holders should have received questionnaires earlier this month to collect required premium contribution data. Employers with third party benefits must provide data by completing the survey. The email was sent to the regulatory questionnaire contact listed on file for the group or the next key contact on file to request the total premium dollars paid by the employer and employees. The email would have come from noreply@employers.bcbsm.com.
If questionnaires are not completed by March 20, 2026, your group will be excluded from BCBSM and BCN’s premium portion of reporting. The practice would then need to be responsible for the filing. BCBCM and BCN will submit all other applicable data files on the group’s behalf.
