Welcome to the Mosaic CIN Learning Platform

Through a partnership with the Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS), Mosaic CIN is pleased to provide physicians with a dedicated learning platform designed to support ongoing education and completion of annual Training and Citizenship requirements.

Physicians can earn 2 required Training and Citizenship (CI) points on their Mosaic CIN Individual Scorecard each year by completing 2 learning videos and the accompanying survey.

To receive credit, physicians must complete both videos and the accompanying survey. Once all required activities are completed, the 2 CI points will be reflected on the physician’s Mosaic CIN Individual Scorecard.

Accessing the Learning Platform

Access is simple. You will use Single Sign-On (SSO) with your Henry Ford Health credentials, so there is no need to create or remember a separate username and password for the learning platform.
