Completion Reporting
Education participation and completion reporting will be available internally through Mosaic CIN. Reports can be generated through the CIN's internal analytics team for department leaders, physicians, and their staff to monitor educational engagement by provider, department, or practice.

As part of the partnership between Mosaic CIN and MSMS, we want to make accessing and completing your required education as easy as possible. Below you will find answers to some of the most common questions we have received about accessing the platform, completing the required learning activities, and receiving CI credit.
Is MSMS membership required?
MSMS membership is not required to take Mosaic CIN classes.
How do I access the Mosaic CIN portal via SSO
The single sign on is validated by Microsoft Entra, you will need to use your Henry Ford credentials to login to this site.
Who should I contact if I experience an issue within the learning platform?

How do I locate assigned or recommended education?
Assigned and recommended education will be available when you login to the CIN platform. You can scroll left and right on the course grid to view available content.
How is course completion tracked?
Course completion is tracked via the CIN portal. You will see your active courses below “My Activities”. Once the video is viewed and the assentation of completion is confirmed the course will show 100% completed.
How is CIN credit awarded?
Course completion reports will be provided to Mosaic on a monthly basis. After completing the course and submitting the survey confirming that you viewed the course in its entirety, your course status will show 100% complete under the “My Activity” section of the platform.
What should I do if my Henry Ford Health credentials do not work?
Please contact the appropriate Henry Ford Health Team for help with your credentials.
How can department leaders request a completion report?
Department leaders should reach out to their Mosaic CIN contacts for any questions regarding reporting.
Will previously completed education appear in future reporting?
Yes, reporting will be done on a rolling basis
Will additional courses or CME opportunities be added?
Courses will be added as they become available. Notifications will be sent as new content becomes available. Feel free to login and check back frequently.
