RESOLVED: That MSMS examine the practice of disregarding the state of Michigan statutorily-mandated Workers’ Compensation fee schedule by PPOM and other insurance entities; and be it further RESOLVED: That MSMS pursue a remedy with the state of Michigan and the State Insurance Commissioner, or other appropriate legislative or advocacy pathway, aimed at requiring all insurance and employer groups to comply with and accept the state-mandated Workers’ Compensation fee schedule as required by law under the Workers’ Disability Compensation Act of Michigan.
