RESOLVED: That the Michigan Delegation to the AMA ask the AMA to lobby the United States Medical Licensing Examination to allow the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates certificate holders who started their residency training before January 1, 2005, to be eligible to sit for Step 3 without having to take Step 2-CS.
