RESOLVED: That MSMS continue its efforts to encourage physician organizations in Michigan to provide complete disclosure as to how any funds received by the physician organization, including direct payments and withholds from physician payments, are calculated and the mechanism(s) used to calculate redistribution payments to physician organization members; and be it furtherRESOLVED: That MSMS provide physicians with information as to how to qualify for various alternative payment programs, including withholds, incentive payments, population health programs, care management programs, and others.
