RESOLVED: That the Michigan Delegation to the AMA ask the AMA to work on thenational level to place the Tobacco-Control International Treaty before the US Senate for ratification; and be it further RESOLVED: That MSMS work with the Michigan members of the US Senate toconvince them to vote to ratify the Tobacco-Control International Treaty; and be it further RESOLVED: That the Michigan Delegation to the AMA ask the AMA to work with theUS Senate to encourage them to vote to ratify the Tobacco-Control International Treaty. RATIONALE: The resolved portions were amended to clarify the actions needed for ratification of the treaty.
