RESOLVED: That MSMS seek grants with other institutions to develop new models of education such as simulation that will allow physicians to come together in a controlled environment to learn techniques to understand the business decisions that will be necessary for payment reform.RATIONALE: The Committee amended the resolved for clarity. Additionally, the provision regarding a waiver from the Federal Trade Commission was removed as the Committee was confident that MSMS programming would be compliant with any anti-trust requirements.
