RESOLVED: That MSMS ask all retail establishments that contain a pharmacy to voluntarily stop selling any form of tobacco in their stores; and be it further RESOLVED: That MSMS provide special recognition of all retail establishments that contain pharmacies that do not sell tobacco products.RATIONALE: The Committee revised the resolution to omit the third resolved which can be found in existing AMA policy (D-495.994)
