Resolved Section(s):
RESOLVED: That MSMS support legislation to ban the sale of candy cigarettes to minors. RATIONALE: The Committee was extremely supportive of the resolution but felt that it did not go far enough. The complete ban of candy cigarettes is suggested by the Committee and feels that it is germane with the intent of the resolution to restrict access to them. The Committee feels that by restricting to minors, it aligns with the intent of the resolution but urges for a complete ban of candy cigarettes for all ages.
