RESOLVED: That MSMS revisit its policy of having restaurants post grades that correlate with the most recent health inspection and reconsider legislative action. RATIONALE: The Committee supported the current health inspections process of a pass/fail system. Committee members had concerns with the public’s lack of knowledge and understanding with the inspection criteria and the potential for misuse of a rating system.
