RESOLVED: That MSMS work with state public health officials and other interested organizations to ensure the education of women on proper use of Food and Drug Administration-approved methods of family planning and assure that reproductive counseling is accessible and appropriately funded; and be it further RESOLVED: That the Michigan Delegation to the American Medical Association (AMA) ask our AMA to work with all of the national medical societies and other interested organizations involved in women’s health care to ensure the education of women on the proper use of Food and Drug Administration-approved methods of family planning and assure that reproductive counseling is accessible and appropriately funded.
