RESOLVED: That MSMS work with statewide stakeholders to advocate for the elimination of insurance-related access barriers, including prior authorization requirements, to all forms of medication-assisted treatment for the medical treatment of substance use disorder.

Fiscal Note: $25,000 or more as this resolution directs MSMS to engage in governmental and/or industry advocacy.
