RESOLVED: That the MSMS Board of Directors study the pros, cons, and timing of MSMS seeking the revision of BCBSM’s provider class plans. RATIONALE: The Committee had concerns about potential unintended consequences of revising BCBSM’s provider class plans and believed the issue required further study and dialogue. Therefore, the Committee amended the language in the first resolved and deleted the second so that the focus would be on exploring whether or not the BCBSM provider class plans should be revised.
