RESOLVED: That MSMS provide education for physicians about opioid overdose death rates and the importance of co-prescription of naloxone for any narcotic prescription; and be it further RESOLVED: That the Michigan Delegation to the American Medical Association (AMA) support the AMA’s efforts and policies to expand the access and use of naloxone to prevent opioid-related overdose deaths.
