RESOLVED: That MSMS, with its information technology expertise, work with the Michigan Department of Community Health to develop a computerized version of the Michigan High School Athletic Association Health Form that can be used by standard word processing programs or be interfaced with common electronic medical record (EMR) programs, and be able to be viewed online by the parent or patient so that it can be filled out at home. RATIONALE: The Michigan High School Athletic Association along with the Michigan Department of Community Health already offers the forms online, for this reason the Committee deemed the House should take no action on this resolution.
