RESOLVED: The MSMS study the changes necessary in the MSMS Bylaws that would result in a mail ballot for major MSMS officers; President-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer.RATIONALE: The Committee believed that a mail ballot would cause logistical problems and new expenses for the Society, and that it would have the potential to depersonalize the process and decrease participation in this very important exchange of ideas and debate of policy.
