RESOLVED: That the Michigan Delegation to the American Medical Association (AMA) ask our AMA to work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide expanded Medicaid payment coverage for the medical management and treatment of all substance use disorders; and be it further RESOLVED: That the Michigan Delegation to the American Medical Association (AMA) ask our AMA to work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to establish clear billing and coding processes regarding the medical management and treatment of all substance use disorders.
