RESOLVED: That the MSMS House of Delegates establish a permanent policy that motions to close discussion on matters before the House of Delegate will be limited to the immediate pending matter (e.g. second-order amendment, first-order amendment, or main resolution) and not to all matters pending.REFERENCE COMMITTEE RATIONALE: The Committee believes that the intent of the author can be met through proper administration of the Davis/Sturgis Rules. During testimony, MSMS Speaker Rose Ramirez, MD, stated her commitment to following parliamentary procedure as well as clarifying the rules for the delegation as debate
