RESOLVED: That MSMS seek legislation that would make it unlawful to perform interventional pain management procedures for the treatment of chronic pain utilizing fluoroscopy, ultrasound, or other imaging modalities unless the person is a licensed allopathic or osteopathic physician.REFERENCE COMMITTEE RATIONALE: Resolutions 62-09A and 67-09A were substantially similar in terms of intent. The Committee preferred the wording of 62-09A.
