RESOLVED: Those during the ensuing year, MSMS study, evaluate, and modify Healthcare Inc. (described at www.healthcareinc.net) and seek state legislation to advance Healthcare Inc. as a possible default method of health care delivery for the state of Michigan.RATIONALE: This resolution is based on a fairly detailed proposal for health care reform. Healthcare Inc. does not lend itself to the reference committee format for proper vetting of this proposal. The Committee concluded that the best course of action would be for a comprehensive review by staff and the MSMS Board.
