RESOLVED: That MSMS encourage the state’s public health authorities and the state legislature to work towards the implementation of a state Health Information Card, issued to each citizen in the state to contain the demographic and clinical information needed to allow for the building of a standard system of health data collection and facilitate reporting of the state’s population health status.
