RESOLVED: That MSMS support legislation for any and all physicians who provide services to Project Access patients be covered by the Michigan “Good Samaritan Acts” and be exempt from malpractice litigation by or on behalf of Project Access patients, except in cases of acts or omissions were the result of willful and wanton misconduct or were intended to injure the patient.
