RESOLVED: That MSMS ask for legislation that would require collection of co-pay at time of services for all plans that require co-pay prior to billing primary and secondary insurances.RATIONALE: The Committee did not have enough information to make a recommendation of approval or disapproval as there are several issues involved with the coordination of benefits that require a more thorough review of potential action within MSMS’s purview.
