RESOLVED: That MSMS seek appropriate legislative or regulatory changes so that patients receiving at-home hospice care who need to be placed in a nursing home are not required to have a chest x-ray; and be it furtherRESOLVED: That MSMS seek appropriate legislative or regulatory changes to allow a blood test to screen for tuberculosis to be accepted as a suitable alternative to a chest x-ray for patients receiving at-home hospice care who need to be placed in a nursing home.
