RESOLVED: That MSMS work with third party payers in the state of Michigan to come up with well-defined and relevant criteria to become a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) leader; and be it further RESOLVED: That the AMA work with CMS and relevant national organizations to define criteria for the leadership roles in the establishment of a Patient-Centered Medical Home.
