RESOLVED: That the first sentence of Section 1.02 of the MSMS Young Physicians Bylaws be changed to read, “Membership is open to all MSMS members 40 years of age or younger or professionally employed for less than eight (8) years after residency and fellowship training programs.RATIONALE: The Reference Committee amended the resolution to make it uniform with the AMA-YPS Bylaws.
