RESOLVED: That MSMS support policies making it unlawful for health care employers to discriminate in hiring, termination, or any term or condition of employment if the discrimination is based upon the person’s use of cannabis off the job and away from the workplace; and be it furtherRESOLVED: That MSMS oppose one-time Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) screening for employment in health care.
