RESOLVED: That MSMS, pursuant to existing policy in opposition to the liberalization of concealed gun laws (Resolution 18-98A), strongly lobby to ban guns in historically off-limit areas such as schools, campuses, hospitals, health centers, and bars, except by persons who are on active duty law enforcement or those expressly hired to enforce safety by the authority of the stated place.
