RESOLVED: That MSMS endeavor to communicate with the media the health risks that energy drinks can pose to the health of children, adolescents and young adults.RATIONALE: The Committee heard from a representative speaking on behalf of the original author of the resolution, asking that no action be taken on this resolution and that Resolution 42 11 be adopted in lieu of Resolution 33-11.
