RESOLVED: That MSMS oppose the Michigan Court of Appeals for its elimination of existing health care benefits to hundreds of Michigan families and their children through Case #265870, thereby exposing them to serious medical and financial liability; and be it further RESOLVED: That MSMS support any appeal filed with the Michigan Supreme Court against the Michigan Court of Appeals Case #265870 that eliminated existing health care benefits to hundreds of Michigan families; and be it furtherRESOLVED: That MSMS collaborate and unite with other entities in the state of Michigan, including the Governor and legislature, to ensure that health care benefits are equally available to all Michigan citizens and their children.
