RESOLVED: That MSMS work in concert with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and appropriate State of Michigan Departments to support all measures to amend the rule related to provisions within the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that would deny coverage of medications and testing for Medicaid patients if the ordering provider is not enrolled in Medicaid.
