On September 20th, MSMS is hosting a free webinar in which the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) will provide an overview of the new Medicare payment structure authorized by the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA), its impact on your practice and revenue, and how you can successfully navigate the changes. Remember, the actions you take this year will determine whether your Medicare reimbursement in 2019 increases, remains neutral, or decreases.

During the webinar, CMS will explain the two new payment pathways known as the Merit-based Incentive Payment System and Advanced Alternative Payment Models which are intended to transition Medicare Part B payments from traditional fee-for-service reimbursement to payments tied to value-based outcomes. Additionally, you and your office staff will have an opportunity to present your questions directly to CMS.
