U of M Physician Larry Junck, MD, Re-Elected to Help Lead State Medical Society, Serve on Board of Directors

Larry Junck, MD, a Professor of Neurology at the University of Michigan Medical School, was re-elected to the Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS) Board of Directors during the 157th annual meeting of the MSMS House of Delegates held in Kalamzoo on April 30th.

Doctor Junck received his medical degree from the University of Michigan and will continue to represent physicians from southeast Michigan on the MSMS Board.

Doctor Junck has been on the faculty of the U-M Medical School since 1983 and has previously received the Outstanding Clinician Award from U-M Medical School.

The Michigan State Medical Society is the statewide professional association operating as the voice of all physicians in Michigan and is affiliated with the American Medical Association. Physician policies on various issues involving public health, health care delivery and medical ethics are set at the annual MSMS House of Delegates meeting.
